Corporate sales managers has NOC 0

someone has NOC 2147 (Computer engineers (except software engineers and designers) ) but several months work as a sale manager
Does this position acceptable for whom studied Computer Engineering ?

Main Job : Computer engineer with NOC 2147
Main NOC with all conditions is 2147 (it means that candidate announce 2147 for main job)
but later he works as a sale manager (start with 0 )

Is there any inconsistency between these two ?

You can use two NOCs. To be eligible, you need at least one year, skilled, continuous experience in one NOC. That is your primary NOC. After that, you can use different NOCs for different jobs.

For Express Entry, your education doesn‘t need to match your NCO/job. If applying to PNPs, then some provinces require that your education and NOC match.
