Hi guys, I wanted to know regards the 18 months extension if I'm eligible to apply for the extension if my PGWP expires on 30th December 2021. would be appreciated if anyone can guide me through this.

You can only apply 4 months before your PGWP expires so who knows if the program will still be available by then.

Would not plan on it. Would assume there is a decent chance but it is really dependent on what is going on in the world and Canada.

You do not qualify under the current policy rules. However I would certain recommend that you watch the IRCC policy site for updates. Always possible they may push out the dates and extend the policy in a way that will include you. Good luck.

You do not qualify and the rule ends in July, things might change though, just keep an eye.

But it even says that the application is open only till July 2021 and student eligible to apply are who”s PGWP is expiring 4 months from the date u applying

Unfortunately you don't qualify under the current rules since the application must be received by the end of July 2021 and your current PGWP would have to be expiring within 4 months at that point. It's always possible they may extend the dates. However as of now you don't qualify.

Mine expires on November 13th - can I apply?
