I was checking on web form that it asks to mention UCI number of the applicant. So you mean I can just mention UCI for the principal applicant in the form but in the body I can mention both UCI's and submit both passports?
That's right. UCI number needed is for the principal applicant. I called IRCC a few weeks ago regarding a webform related question and they requested that only one form at a time be submitted otherwise it delays the review and response process for your webform submission. You can simply explain in the body that you are sending in updated passports for both parents (principal applicant + dependent), etc.
