Under air bubble arrangement with Air Canada are Indian passport holders allowed to transit through Frankfurt? My route will be YYZ - FRA - BOM
Fra - Bom is operated by Lufthansa.

Case 1 Canadian PRs travelling along with minor Canadian citizen
Case 2 Indian passport holder with Canadian tourist visa travelling alone.
