Not sure what else to tell you. I just used their standard visa debit card for the payment and it worked.

Maybe you can try going to the bank (physically) and telling them the exact error message you're getting, on attempting the transaction.

I was finally able to pay when I used a different laptop and a different browser. Thankyou for your response.
