thanks for replying. but my question was basically you need any position like supervisor or manager for whole year. Is there any requirement of the pay for these positions?

Then you want to be sure you're being paid above minimum wage or IRCC may question if your role is really supervisory.

Technically there is no requirement however we have certainly been a number of refusals on this forum where someone at the supervisor or manager level was being paid minimum wage. If your wage is on the low side then you're most likely fine. It's just going to be a problem if you're being paid minimum wage

I am also working as a supervisor at gas station. my wage is 16 cad per hour. will it cause problem for applying PR under CEC?
