For the entire week, IRCC client support center is not taking calls. I went through options 2 - 3 - 2 - 0, to follow up on my PR card. Did any one got a chance to speak to an Agent this week ( Feb 2 and on)?

Thank you! Any specific option you went through? like I chose 2-3-2-0 to reach 'speak to agent' option and every time I do they saying, Due to huge call volumes, they are unable to connect me to an agent.

Nothing specific which i can recall numbers but just went through option of PR card status. Got thru in one go but i called around 1600 hrs.

I also agree that Montreal office is a complete joke. In my last webform they asked me to note that applications are treated as per receiving date. It seems that they didn't see that I am also waiting since July 8th...

Agree. They asked me to re-send my photos again, after waiting for almost 5-6 months. I'll send them today and hope this time they process the card.

In one of the emails they asked me for my UCI or application number which was already in the email they replied to. They don't even read what we write to them

I have sent many. In the last one they told me that Montreal Office was closed and the previous one to that one, that they treat the PR card applications per receiving order..

i just got digital photo from shoppersdrug mart..i am confused that how to show details of photographer (date of photo, address of photographer etc) in digital copy..i read instructions to mention all those details.. Please guide

I also emailed Montreal office last night and very politely explained that I am waiting since July 8th and I re-send my photo in December since I didn't hear anything back.

This is what I got this morning



I don't know what they mean as I explained to them that 7 months has passed and I am very well aware of the fact that processing times is 99 days, but I take it as they have lost my photo or threw it out and they meant to ask me to wait 99 days from the day they recieved the second photo.

I think they introduced a whole new level of irresponsiblity by not taking the time and writing at least one sentence to explain.

Yes, to submit on portal
Digital copy is 1200 × 1680 ,475 kb.
They gave me hard copy as well which is not as wide as mentioned in specification. As per spec , hard copy must be 2 inches wide ..is it so? 2 inches is something weird ...too wide..
