Passport Delivered at CPC Ottawa and Waiting for COPR ----- come in here, keep each other updated.

Hello All,

Could someone please help. It's a little urgent. I sent my passports on January 19th. It reached Ottawa on January 20th in the morning at 11 am. The recipient address is shown as this one when I tried logging into my FEDEX account.
Recipient: CPCO-PR VISA, US PERM./TEMP. VISA PASSPORTS 365 W LAURIER AVE OTTAWA, ON, CA, K1A1L1
But the delivery location is being shown as
Delivery Location: 2303 STEVENAGE DR OTTAWA, ON, K1A1L1
And it shows that it was signed for by :"Signed for by: S.SYLVAIN"

I tried submitting web form to find out if the passport has reached but I haven't gotten any response on this. Getting a little worried if the passport was delivered to the right address. How do I track this?
Could I send an email over to the email address that was attached in the PPR document? "IRCC.AgentAgent.IRCC@cic.gc.ca"

even my package was signed by the same person.

Oh nice. Congratulations!
Fedex was not able to print out a return tracking label as such. I was asked to fill out a form called as International airway bill. The said when the passport would be returned, the return label will the created by the CanadaPost. But there is a tracking number on the International airway bill form which still doesn't seem to be activated.
Did you experience something similar?

I have used FedEx return tracking label, haven't had any issues

that is international shipping.. fedex store can not print the label, you need generate label and pay for it online by yourself and then mail to Ottawa with a package.

Congratulation!! Could you pls share your time line. I didn’t my re-medical in Nov and sent passport in early Dec and I m still waiting. There is no change in return envelop tracking number, no response to web form. Any suggestion?
