Appreciate if you share the number and details steps to call CIC. I called number of times but not find the option regarding PR application. My AR is 28th July 2020. Got the temporary number by email. Waiting for AOR.

Dial 3/2/0 .. then they will ask you to wait for the call to be answered or you also got the Option to request call back
When I called for temporary file number, the agent told me that the temporary file number means they have your application, pending for the officer to review. After the officer reviewed and they will issue you the official file number if it’s completed. The official file number is the only certain way to confirm your application will not be returned.
I read some members got temporary file number but still got returned.
Nope, still got the internal service error message. Couldn’t go to the file uploading page

Do they ask you to send document through webform? Actually, there is a link to upload documents in the first line of GCKEY.

What can we do in that case? Is there any way we can choose to send ircc the documents? Is it necessary to send emedical? My doctor will send the results himself to ircc. Do i still need to submit emedical?
