These full details for the 3 day quarantine haven't been published yet. So we don't know.

I know, but apparently Ontario did already start with it from Feb 1st (they didn't want to wait for the implementation in the whole country).

Yes, I get the feeling there won't be much notice. Will be interesting to see how this rolls out...
