Early medical never accelerate timeline. Even in 2019 several files got delayed. Even medical is valid for 1 year till landing in canada. Hence its absolutely Wrong decision to go for upfront without AOR. Just wastage of money without any cause. Even now overall processing timeline for provincial nominee change to 22 months those who already applied (as per CIC website. Now if due to pandemic new strains populating and restrictions are strictly applied. All suffers. We never escape from present realistic situation.

Hey! I got nominated under OINP Student stream (have employment restrictions and nomination for NOC B). Can you please advise what will happen in the following:
1) I will accept promotion from the same employer (this will change my NOC from B to A) - the change of NOC will cancel nomination and I will have to submit all info all over again?
2) I will not accept promotion, so still will be NOC B, same employer - but will be moved to another branch within the same company (still in GTA)
Either or I have to inform OINP and IRCC.
In 1st case - most likely nomination cancellation?
In 2nd case - is it safe to change working location? (again, same employer and all terms of contract, only different branch)

Yes i have same timeline as you. Ar july 14th Aor jan 6th. I got biometric fee reminder which i paid and sent receipt. Still waiting for bil
With employer change (if any), and other requirments that were stipulated in job offer have to be maintained through out the process of the PR. If hours are being reduced from the original one when applied for OINP, you have to consult seek advise from OINP.
Finally someone who’s talking complete sense! Thank you Meenakshi. You are absolutely right. For the ones who are using lawyers, plz trust your lawyers. That’s the very first reason u chose to work with them. No point doubting their abilities now. Don’t be carried away by all kinds of suggestions on this forum.

Yes, getting medical done before AOR is not a good choice. And yes, medical result will only last one year from the date you took it. If something comes up, you might need to retake it. Unless if you took the medical exam after medical request and the process took too long and the medical expred, IRCC will likely extend the medical so that you don't need to retake. There are applicants in 2019 that the medical is expired but didn't end up retaking.
Upfront medical will speed up the the medical pass by at least a week. If you make an appointment after gotten the medical request, you might only able to book one that weeks or a month later. Howver, if you can book a medical exam appointment and get it done on the next day from when you get your medical request, there might not be much different compare to upfront.
No one can guarantee upfront medical will get you to move faster but no one can confirm it does not as well. Everyone is different like people who got AOR later than I got but they got PAL, MR sooner than I got so even if for some people they seem moving faster because of he did upfront, that doesn't mean upfront will speed up the process for all people. No guarantee but a chance.
If upfront makes you feel better, you can do it, it is an option. If you don't feel good about it just ignore what people are saying.

Not so true. I applied under PNP paper based in april 2020 and got PR on 21 january 2021 in 8 months 21 days
Hi guys, I received the biometric fee request on Jan 15th and I immediately paid the fee and submitted the webform to let them attach the payment receipt on the same day. However, it's been almost 20 days now but they still not replied, and it didn't show up in my application as well. Is it normal? Shall I send another one?
