Flight to India (COVID test required or not?)

Hi there,

My parents (Indian Citizens) came to Canada in Nov'20 and have a flight departing in last week of Feb'21.
They are here on a Visitor visa. My question is: do they need to have a COVID Test done from Canada while travelling back to India to board a flight? They are travelling via Air Canada (Toronto - Delhi).

I know that in India they have to undergo a COVID test at Delhi airport. (This part of the requirement is clear)

Anyone here has some information?

It they get covid test here in canada before 72 hours of departing and it came negative then they don't need to get tested in Delhi. You must submit quarantine exempt request online after getting negative result.

Awesome, thanks for sharing this article, but what i want to know is that, they are ready to get tested on arrival at Delhi Airport.
Do they still need a COVID negative report from here then?

No but you must submit self declaration form online and print that. Keep copy of that while travelling.
