@legalfalcon
I am New here,

I applied Paper based PNP PR, and on my agent online Portal I gave them all the information and they forgot to mention my Previous study visa refusal for Canada (I got in second time)
And USA visitor visa refusal.
Then One day I just ask them and they said they did error at their end, and they mentioned after getting AOR for that paper based, after AOR 2 weeks later my agent gave all information To CIC and said it was administrative error.
It was in July 2019,
I waited alot and didn’t get PR as file is still in process. But in 2019 My eligibility and my criminality was passed.

but I didn’t want to continue that file and I was eligible for EE, and I ended up applied my EE in October 2020 and withdrawn that file from my side in July 2020.
In EE file we gave all correct information as I checked that file more then 30 times, (all visa refusals)
* I am so much stressed because my agents not giving me correct information and they lied with me many many times I have everything on my email proof,
Worried because of this, Is this a problem for me to mentioned it later AOR, or is this will impact anything in EE because that file is still under process.

* I ask CIC via call, they said its in their system and the officer will review your withdrawn request and then we will do, and its been so long, its still in process, should I order GCMS notes,
Or what will happen, please please please help me out to explain this.
{EE, Aor Oct 2020, criminality pass, medical pass, eligibility they said we are waiting for officer to review it, in stating of January 2021}

Forgetting visa refusals and such are very common with applicants. Even I did. If the agent informed IRCC later, then that's all needed.

There are hundred thousands of people in your situation including myself. I have been waiting for 2 years to get PPR and still waiting.

Yes, order GCMS.

Good day all
@legalfalcon Please I need clarification on this Primary and Secondary VO assignment
I used to think CIO was everyone’s primary VO but now I’ve seen people’s gcms notes with different Primary VOs
1. Does it mean that the primary VO is predominantly in charge of one’s applications?
2. If a file is assigned or sent to a secondary VO such as Ottawa, can the file be transferred out of Ottawa if probably they’re wasting time back to the primary VO say CIO in this case?
3. Can the file be moved to a completely different VO like LVO even though it has Ottawa as secondary VO and CIO as Primary VO?

Thank you for your response.

If you have disclosed your visa refusals, there should be no issues.

Thank you for your response.

Usually all application start at CIO, where the intake is done and R10 is passed. Then application proceed to CPC or to other VO based on workloads and office specialization.

The primary and secondary visa offices for your application are listed on page 1, and how the application moved and when they were assigned is listed on page 3 of the GCMS.

Primary office is the office which is responsible for issuing you the visa and will contact your after PPR. This is based on your country of residence. There can be multiple secondary offices where the processing happened, and all secondary offices where your application is assigned is detailed pn page 3.

Hello All
@legalfalcon
also, other's could share their experiences please.
I just have stupid question:-
in case of Primary Applicant & Dependent's, which applicants file is screened/completed first or both goes simultaneously?
Thanks

Both go together. However, the eligibility will be based only on PA's documents, i.e. work experience, but for language proficiency, if dependent has claimed points, their report will be evaluated.

Both PR and dependent family members will be examined for medical, criminality, and security inadmissibility.

One of my friends got PRR yesterday.
We have an identical background, 2 points CRS difference. We both provided PCC and upfront medical exams.
My AOR is earlier than her 14 days. (Oct-5). Hers is Oct 19. But her application was processed before me.
While she got PPR, my eligibility has not even started.
I think it doesn't matter how AORs are. They pick and choose applications randomly.
Don't panic, luck just has not smiled with us yet. :D

Hi all,
@legalfalcon

I am new here and have an inland PNP application.
AOR: Oct 12
Medicals Passed: Nov 17

I called IRCC and they said:
Eligibility: Passed
Criminality: Passed
Security: Not Started

Am I any close to PPR? Or is it far away?

They mentioned that my VO is Sydney, but going through the threads, I see that there is both CPC and CIO in Sydney. So, I don't which one is my application in.

I ordered GCMS notes in the beginning of January, but so far no updates on that.

I appreciate your thoughts.
