Hello,

I want to know if it is possible to get the study permit and visa the case you have a fully funded scholarship to study in canada, or even having a fully funded scholarship, you still have to prove an additional funds plus of that , like guarantors.... ??!!!!

Nope..... Its a Scholarship
 
Because the study permit file is independent, and you have to send your documents personally to the visa office, and the university can't help of having visa even they provide you the scholarship

You need to prove that you can pay your tuition and cost of living. How you prove that is up to you.
 
I used only scholarship to prove funds. Got PPR in January 2021.
Hey, can you please help me. I have fully funded MSc admission in Canada. What are all documents did you show? Did you show any personal funding? Did you pay GIC? How much time did it take to receive visa approval?

I got admission from Western University, London, Ontario. I have given IELTS and got 7.5 bands (LRWS-8.5,8.5,6.5,6.5). University didn't ask for English test though, I had given before applying.
 
I got a question, does the ''fully funded'' option affects any immigration process in the future when deciding to apply through Canadian experience Class?
