I think that is not gonna help, cuz I have an outland dependent.
I called IRCC last month. The agent said my case still in process and security not started.

I got my PR almost one month ago and just asked for the PR Card for almost 3 weeks (nothing yet). My question is, since my OINP is linked to my current employee, when can I change/look for a new job in a different company ?

Go to Service Canada, get a permanent sin number and go look for another job. As per your CoPR letter you have already landed and your PR is activated.

I have an immigration agent who is responsible for my case, so I can not get all the detail.

But until today this morning, I do not get any update on my GCKey. So it seems like that they have a delay posting
