In how much time you received your gcms notes. I applied on 5th jan 2021 but dint receive yet

i applied december 12 or something like that and got them january 23rd but they were printed december 16th.

Well, screened shot 6 Ghost updates and my criminality is only in progress...so not sure what is really behind GU (glitch, maintenance, due date....). But what matters is how your file is progressing.

Hi everyone, my AOR was Oct 19 without many updates after so it looks like it'll be a few months before I get a decision. My issue is that the passport I had included in my application would nearly have expired by then. I've applied for a new one and I have a couple of questions.

* Do I need to let them know that I have a new passport as soon as I get it? If yes, how do I go about doing that?
* Does this affect the process or timeline in anyway?

Yes, as soon as you get your renewed passport, send the scan of the biographical pages to IRCC via webform.

This does not delay the processing in any way.

@legalfalcon - Is there any such requirement about validity duration of passport when we receive COPR or PPR request?
I am CEC inland (AOR - 12 Oct 2020) and my Passport is expiring in November 2021. I can’t apply for passport renewal until February 2021 end as my visitor VISA is due for stamping somewhere in February. And If I apply for PP renewal in March then I will get renewed passport around in May (approximate after 2 months). What would happen if I get COPR or PPR request before I get my renewed passport?

Hello experts,

I wrote an e-mail to "cpc-ctd-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca" about my application status. I got a response saying,

"Please note that your application is not processed at this office". This means my file has been transferred to a different office. I have also raised a webform about 2 weeks ago about my application status and haven't gotten a reply yet. (May order GCMS notes soon here as it gets close to 6 months)

AOR - OCT 15 20 (FSW-O), MEP/BIL- Nov 27 20, BGC - "Your application is progress.... when we start your background check".

Does this mean my application is still in R10/IP1 or the first stage? I know I am impatient about waiting

If you company does not provide work reference letter with job duties, you have to provide the same from a colleague, former or current, a supervisor or anyone who is aware of your work.
Providing job duties is essential.

PNP and IRCC's procedures are different. PNP works as per the Provincial Laws, where as IRCC works in accordance with IRPA and IRPR.

I have a query in reference to this. I made my application against 1 NOC code for which I claimed the points (primary occupation and the most recent one). I was able to provide the reference letter stating my job duties for the same.
However, in my additional years of work experience, I worked in a different domain with a different NOC. I had not claimed any points for this (secondary occupation). I was unable to provide a reference letter stating my job duties for this role but provided other additional documents (offer letter etc.). Could this pose to become a problem?

I had to renew my passport as well. Same as yours.
I've raised a webform with a scan of the new passport details. It was about 2 weeks back. Haven't received a response yet.

If you have not claimed points for a work, then you do not have to list it. If you did list it and uploaded some documents, but were unable to upload all documents, and if the CRS falls because of this work reference, but does not go below the cut off for the round you were selected, you will be fine.
