Guidance after receiving Passport request in INDIA.

Greetings,
I wanted to know how to submit my details to VFS... I received no email from their end and am very confused on how to go ahead after receiving the passport request. Also. I had applied for differ of terms from my college [From jan to may 2021], and have not yet received the letter so do I have to update that on my cic application after receiving the passport request?

Had to fill a webform for passport collection... VFS global's webform that is. They are asking for some AWB number idk what that is.

It's the courier tracking number of blue dart. My friend did it recently and its reported that the payment link arrives usually after 48 hours. More or less the same procedure like before.
