File transfer from local VO to Beijing Visa Office

Emailed a letter which says in the letter is aor and application in in HK.
 
Ok great,but they aren't sending the same to Beijing users whose applications were changed to in process recently.

Not me, mine still showing application received. Some user got it changed a couple of days back to in process without any mail or addtion of new line in ecas "we started processing your application "

Did you get file transfer letter and if yes when? I'm March applicant and was told that file is being transferred to LVO, but IRCC customer service said shanghai now
 
In my SA letter said it was going to HK. Received SA letter jan 17th I think it was.
