I am super frustrated with this process

I received my portal credentials on December 30th. Submitted the information on December 31st and have been waiting since them.
It will be 5 weeks next Thursday!
AOR April 22nd
Something weird happened, after I submitted my information a different agent contacted about the credentials. I responded saying that I already have access to the portal and already submitted my information.
I also sent the previous officer to let him know about it. And he said it was a mistake.

when did u get email from other agent?
and yes we are with you so much frustrated with this..my AOR is 3rd April...
I received on January 4th! After all information was submitted into the portal!
this is my 3rd week. submitted photo and address january 16th.
Someone from Jan 13 just got copr. Idk how they're doing it but it's coming I guess...
Can you please share where you saw this I am waiting from Jan 9 submission. AOR April 1.
this new portal is even more slower lol.... waiting for a month now!
