I have the exact same situation. My file was transferred to NDVO but after getting GCMS notes and calling IRCC, I got to know that the file was transferred to BVO. My status changed to 'In process' this saturday but don't have the line "We started processing your..........". Do you have this line added on your ECAS?

My application wll be processed in Beirut Visa Office. How do you rate BVO in comparison to other Visa offices. Does the processing takes longer or do they process fast. As I read in the thread that your application is under process in Beirut.

Exactly on same situation!! Application submitted jan 2020, medical done, biometrics done, SA in march 2020, file moved to ndvo.. ecas application received changed to in process jan 21 2021, additional documents, wedding pictures, and contact details req 27th jan 2021

I sent wedding pics, additional docs on Jan 16. Status in IRCC portal is still "Your action is required". I chcked to see if there is a spot to upload documents in the portal and there isnt one.

I sent my docs Jan 16 too, still says "Your action is required" but gckey says" We have received the documents you provided"

My file got transferred to Beijing visa office instead of Beirut. that was the BVO I was referring too.

Lol Jamaica. Flights seem to be cancelled until April 30th anyway so I guess It doesn't even matter at this point. Whatever happens, happens at this point.

what do you mean by flights cancelled ? so we can’t travel to canada ?
