Indian PCC without spouse name in passport

hi guys,

I am applying for Indian PCC from canada. me and my spouse are married here in canada and havent updated the information in India or in our passport. Now i want to apply for PCC ASAP as i want to file for my PR. so can i apply for PCC without my spouse name in my passport? I have to declare my martial status as married in application?

any help asap will be really beneficial.

No. I got it with my spouse. I mean my wifes pcc reads like this: (my wifes name) w/o (my name)

You attached your marriage certificate with pcc??

Yes. Also a copy of it was required at my local police station

Did you send the canada marriage certificate with it and with no spouse names on your passports.
