Could anyone shed light on it do I need CSQ before submitting my PR application also what supporting documents do I need ?

Could anyone shed light on it do I need CSQ before submitting my PR application also what supporting documents do I need ?

• Photocopy of the IRB decision notice;
• Photocopy of the Asylum Seeker Document (DDA) received from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC);
• Recent proof of residence in Quebec showing your name and address (photocopy of your lease or an invoice for
service, telephone or electricity, for example).
