Pr rejected CEC may 2020

help!!

i got a rejection letter.
So, when i made the profile, my experience was 1+ yrs . So my score would be 165 . But, i got invitation after few mnths as my score increased to 175 as i had completed 2 yrs of exp by then.
i have worked for4 companies in total . 1st job was 1yr 4 mnths . So i was thinking basically pr would be on this basis. But because they counted all other short term jobs as well. One of the job that idid for2 mnths , i didnt receive a reference letter . My employer didnt give it, position : junior recruiter . But now after rejection he did but only 1 line job duties - entering application, answering calls and assisting recruiters(as i was in training, i didnt actually startedthe recruiter duties)
Now , i dont know what to do . Rejection was because i didnt had references letter to prove my job duties and now that have i dont think it is good enough.

now the scores so going so low that i will het ITA for 1 yr exp as well.
but whilemaking a profile, i was thinkingnot to mention thisjob asif they send invitation on this basis, i dont have strong docs.
thinking to make profile and not mention yhis one, but while uploading docs in the end i will add this job with a explaination letter

It is a little confusing what you are proposing to do, but basically this is what you should do:

When you re-create your profile, only include those jobs that you can get a reference letter for. The reference letter must meet the following criteria:

"The following documents are mandatory for each work experience declared:

• a reference or experience letter from the employer, which
  • should be an official document printed on company letterhead (must include the applicant’s name, the company’s contact information [address, telephone number and email address], and the name, title and signature of the immediate supervisor or personnel officer at the company),
  • should indicate all positions held while employed at the company and must include the following details: job title, duties and responsibilities, job status (if current job), dates worked for the company, number of work hours per week and annual salary plus benefits; and
• if the applicant is self-employed, articles of incorporation or other evidence of business ownership, evidence of self-employment income and documentation from third-party individuals indicating the service provided along with payment details (self-declared main duties or affidavits are not acceptable proof of self-employed work experience).

If the work experience is in Canada, proof may include copies of T4 tax information slips and notices of assessment issued by the Canada Revenue Agency (the time period for these documents should reflect the work experience timeframe [e.g., work experience from 2006 to 2008 requires only documents from those calendar years])."

I have a quick question. For my 1 year job I have a reference letter , t4 slip, last 4.months of pay stub.

Now looking at your comment I just recalled my reference letter does not mention the title of Manager/ owner of the business.

It has all other info .email..number but not the title . It ends as ..

Your post makes no sense.

If you want to get help from anyone I would suggest you go over what you've typed and make it clear, it is really hard to follow.

In terms of work experience, you should only claim any experience that you can prove with the required supporting documentation. It is also not recommended to claim more experience than you need to just because that is just making your life more complicated. For instance if you have 1 year work experience in Canada and 3 years abroad but you get enough points just claiming the Canadian work experience, there is no need to claim the points for the foreign work experience.

Also, score of 165? I'll assume that is an error.

If something is required and is missing, you risk being asked for it at a later stage or even refusal.

You should do your best to comply with all the requirements, that way you avoid delays and a potential refusal.

Are you talking about your job title or the job title of your supervisor? Both will have to be indicated on your letter. Also, I'm confused as to how you got ITA with a CRS score of 165. I'm guessing that was a typo?

Hi there, about employment reference, one of my letter from my foreign experience has no signature and it only says "This document is electronically generated and does not require signature" . It has all the other requirements on it, except for that. Would that be acceptable? I'm worried now.

Yes, when you create your new profile, you can safely leave that job off of the list, and you will not be asked to provide documentation for it. No need for an explanation. If you get an ITA and complete your eAPR, you still have to mention it in your background history document.

so while creating a profile again. I did not mention the experience for which i did not have the reference letter.
got the invita On the basis ofother jobs and uploaded all docs . However; i did mention that job in thebackground history, for which no doc is required

My CEC application got rejected for being incomplete. The reason was ECA was required for immigration purposes. Unfortunately mine was standard. I got all that figured it out and now I am in the process of applying it again. But while checking all the docs for several times, i came to know that I uploaded a wrong Job reference letter with same company with a different issuance date and the status was still employed. Later the same company had given me an updated one when I quit the organization which is having the last working day on it.

Here is my question. How do I resolve this issue? Can I upload my latest reference letter instead of old one as my application was returned as incomplete? Or do I have to upload both?

Hi, may I know how long did you have to wait to get the result? Were you able to get medical passed and BIL prior to rejection?
