At the ircc website processing times, if you want to apply for provincial nominee paper based it is 15-19 months. But if you have already applied it is 21 months. What kind of deciet is this. Ircc I cannot understand all this.

99% as well. I do have DM since Dec 2nd, but nothing after that... Called multiple times and they said everything is done but they won't send COPR for some reason. So don't worry if you don't have DM, because it doesn't seem like it matters. A lot of people got COPR without DM
I am the main applicant outland and my dependants also outland(pnp paper based).Am i able to get copr (due to covid 19)?
Why not? The problem is that the process for Outlands is going very slowly.
