I was told about the self-employment program but don't understand the term cultural activities in my homeland I have done. Have been a freelance Artist and graphic designer and since I have been in Canada I registered my business in Ontario though it been very slow continue to promote but I still had a full time job I I have proof to show all my work over the last 8 yrs I am on an open work permit since my wife is a student here too
so will I qualify ? For what is meant by cultural activities

Yes, someone can qualify for the self-employment program through work as an artist and graphic designer. However you would need to show that this has been your full time job for at least a few years and that you have made a full time income from this work.
