And the requirement also says July 27 is the deadline to apply, and this mean i can still apply before July 27

I don’t know what made you believe that you’re eligible? Have you gone through the 5 eligibility requirements you need to fulfill?

Your post-graduation work permit (PGWP)
- expired on or after January 30, 2020, or
- will expire within 4 months from the date you apply for this open work permit.
The 3yrs PGWP expired April 2019, then i applied for PR and applied for BOWP which expires in August 2021
You are not getting it my friend. You are not fulfilling the requirements to apply for this OWP Extention for 18 months.

While applying for PGWP under public policy with expired work permit , do we need to restore the status as worker? If so we need to pay an additional fee. as I have applied for visitor visa to continue my stay in Canada before my PGWP Expiry but that application is still in process .

Hello everyone, I was not able to call IRCC but if any does call them then please ask them what to do if the permit expired over 90 day period. As per my research the best option is to do through the restoration and pay the fee. For people who already applied for restoration still pay the fee and let the IRCC decided as they will refund the money if there is already a first application for the same purpose and may refund for the second application for restoration.
