How to call IRCC from outside Canada?

Hi I have recently moved from India to France and want to update my address on my EE FSW application. Looks like the only way is to call IRCC and let them know. Unfortunately I don't have a Canadian number to call them from. What options do you have? Anything that doesn't cost more than $5?

Please help.

Yea they said I cannot update my address via webform and I should call them instrad. I don't understand the logic, but it is what it is, I guess....

I found this link, I think you have to contact the visa office in France

So I emailed them too, this is the reply I got :


Dear Applicant,

To obtain information about your application, please use the following IRCC Web Form. Your application is not processed by our office in Paris.

Please include the reference number above in all communication concerning this application.

You can use textnow app, register and get a canadian number from it, use it to call IRCC at +1 888 242 2100. it's completely free!

Really!? I registered almost a year ago so I wouldn't know. maybe try a US number and see if you can still call the IRCC number
