I think they will really speed up after February. These files being sent to Beijing and HK is to speed up and get apps finished.

Ahh, received the second time means it has been transferred to the PA visa office for final review of background and relationship.

My application was received on 16th January 2020. No update after medical in Feb. I tried everything Phone calls. GCMS notes and even taken help of MP. But all in vain. According to GCMS notes, no work is done on file since FEB, 2020.
