I already have ECA for Bachelors from WES (Wich was done in 2014, renewed in 2020)
I recently completed my Masters from Mumbai University-IDOL (2020, results in 2021)
I read somewhere that WES doesn't award MASTERS for 2 years masters program.
Also IQAS has this "Quota Exceeded for the day" thing...
I was just thinking of applying for CES if it awards Masters ECA for my credentials rather than waiting and wasting time to get in queue for IQAS.
please suggest what should be done. Do i go ahead with CES?

You can try with CES. As I too applied for both CES and IQAS. But remember, CES will take 5-6 months for evaluating your degree. So, if there is no time-bound then you can apply.

I got an email today from CES indicating that my application has moved forward to the 3rd stage. I have submitted my application on Oct 20.

Hi Guys, Need help in understanding the outcome of my ECA. After waiting for 7 months, here is the outcome mentioned by CES:
Outcome 1: Four Year Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university
Outcome 2: Postgraduate Diploma from a recognized university

I only submitted the transcript for MBA from Mumbai University. I am confused with these 2 outcomes. Can someone help me in understanding the real outcome and what will be considered for point calculation in Express Entry?

Possibly others can confirm as well. But in my understanding, it was evaluated as bachelor/diploma and NOT masters, which means that you would need to get your actual bachelors evaluated as well (from WES)

I'm finding it weird that outcome one is "4 year" bachelors when it was just 2 years.

Correct. It's beyond my understanding too. I will wait for other folks to pour in their thoughts. To me, 4 year bachelors and Postgrad Diploma are two different things.

I got another email from CES after my feedback. They are now processing September month’s applications which would take 4-5 more weeks. Then they will start evaluating October month’s applications from mid Feb.

Hey guys, I have applied for evaluation through CES as well and have received C2 confirmation on Nov 6 (electronic transcripts were sent on October 19th). So as per their response here, can I expect C3 completion roughly around mid or end of feb?

Before your MBA you did a three years bachelor, didn't you?
I think they didn't recognize your Master as a Canadian one. (4 years bachelor +2 years Master) so you get a 4 years bachelor equivalent + one year Postgrad for your 2nd year's Master.

You should check to be perfectly sure but I think you can claim "2 or more diplomas". Keep me posted I may get the same evaluation than you.

Got my C2 confirmation on October 25th and hope to get my C3 by the end of February to mid March

I HIGHLY doubt this.
He did not give his bachelor docs so essentially CES does not even know if his bachelor degree was even from a recognized university. CES won't assume this stuff. He will have to get bachelors evaluated separately.

This is highly disappointing. If you haven't submitted your bachelor's documents how did they say that you have completed 4 years of bachelors? You must check with CES? Or else check with your college if they have sent only the masters documents?

Yes, you are absolutely right. Then what that one thing that went haywire for him?? I mean this cannot be possible, right? He has sent one document and gets evaluation for two of the degrees.

C1 shows green with a tick mark, and when I mailed the CES team they said they haven't received my transcript? What does that mean? If they haven't received what is being completed in the initial review then? And how long does it take from C1 to jump on C2?
