Non accompanying change to accompanying

Hi everyone, I sponsor my dad through parents and grand parents pathway for PR. My dad is the primary client and my mom was the non-accompanying in the application. My mom change her mind and wanted to come to Canada. At the moment they are schedule for medical. My question is can i still be able to change our application making my mom accompanying? How am i able to change the application? Your input is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
