Ghost update

Hey all,
On 24 Jan 2021 I was checking the application then I saw there is an update.. Then when I opened it it is not showing anything has been updated until now.
I heard it called ghost update but how long will it take to show us that there is an actual update?

I know some things about GHOSTS. Ok first what is your Visa Office?
Did update appear immediately when you entered GCKEY? or did it glitch then appear when you reloaded.
Also what stage are you in your application. All this is info to assess YOUR GHOST.

Biometrics received: March 04 2020
Moved to Beirut VO: March 10 2020
Interview request: November 23 2020
Interview Date: December 01 2020
Pre arrival: December 02 2020
Medical request: December 02 2020
Medical exam: December 15 2020
Medical passed : December 22 2020

I ordered GCMS notes too, it clearly said everything is done but not the criminality. It hasn't started yet.

As per call with IRCC agent last week , Eligiblity passed on 08th APRIL, Criminality -in progress , security -Not started

Should I call IRCC to know more status? Any suggestion?

Do the agents tell us the status the application is in? How to contact them?

I didn't know IRCC agents tell us the status of application!

I just called and told them that i have received an update in my profile but nothing changed . Asked them abut the status

They provided .

Moreover i already spoke with them , Criminality and Security passed
Now all stages passed and waiting for final decision
