Police Certificate in SDS from Pakistan

Is police certificate mandatory in SDS?
I have not attached it, if they need it will they request for one or just reject my application?

Its mandatory for Pakistani applicants as much as I know.

It is not mandatory for the SDS stream, nor is it required by the visa office responsible for handling Pakistani applications.
