Ah okay thank you both.

How long does it usually take from AOR till medical pass and BIL ? I am assuming anywhere from a month to 1 n half month ?
I was looking for this timeline from AOR to BIL. I found in multiple blogs that from 30 to 45 days , we can get BIL. Thanks for the information.

@ziadnasir

That's about the timeline though things can change with the impact of COVID-19. You can see the timeline for all the stages of an application out here https://bit.ly/37nCTJD

usually 30-45 day, but due to COVID, all timelines are tossed out of the window.

The initial completeness check happens within 30-45 days and if your have received medicals passed, then it is an indicator that your R10 is passed too, even though they are different stages, they happen pretty close to each other.

R10 is the first stage, and marks that your application is complete. If your application is missing any documents (without explanation), it will be refused under R10. However, currently as IRCC is not refusing any application for missing documents as per the COVID policy, and the rejection should be unrelated to the disruption of services.

Intake of new permanent residence applications will continue. Files that are incomplete due to unavailable documents will be retained in the system and reviewed in 90 days.

New, complete permanent residence applications under section 10 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR) will be processed as per normal procedures while taking into consideration the additional processing guidance outlined in these instructions.

If a new application is missing supporting documentation (associated fees are required), the applicant should include an explanation with their application that they are affected by the service disruptions as a result of the novel coronavirus. The application may then be promoted and reviewed in 90 days.

New applications should be promoted in the order they were received, and the org ID should be associated with them when the applicant self-identifies. If the application is still incomplete in 90 days, officers should request the missing documents with an additional 90-day deadline.

Applications found to be incomplete with no explanation provided, or for reasons unrelated to the disruption of services associated with impacts of the novel coronavirus, may be rejected as per section R10, and all fees associated with the application should be refunded to the applicant. The reason for rejection should be unrelated to the disruption of services.

My documents are complete. I was able to acquire all the required documents. hopefully everything gets accepted.
It is just that feeling that is making me anxious for the application to take the first step of R10.

If all your documents are complete, you need not worry. Everyone has this anxious moments, and it is normal, this is where the forums and the community come in.

All the best!!

Hi all. I will be submitting my application very soon. I would like to know with respect to FSW Outland, for Digital photo document upload, did you upload 35mmx45mm (front side) only in upload window for online PR application?

Would like to know your thoughts

When you submit your application online, you can submit just the front, since when your application is approved, you will have to submit a physical phone as per the specification
