I have a query, I have been working in Canada since Dec 27th,2018 out of which I took paid vacation for 1 month is 2019 and then I went on paid vacation from Feb 3rd week 2020 but was stuck in India due to COVID travel restrictions and was able to travel back only on last week of July. All this while I was still on Canada payroll. My question is they have calculated my Canadian Experience for 2 Years- will these months while I was in India considered while calculating my experience?

Have you been paid? If not, I am not sure you can count them.

Thats should be ok as you were still working in the same company and were in paid leave thats means you have paystubs as you were being paid to
