You'll need to look into the PNP programs.

Except PNP, you can also max out IELTS (but cost money, effort and time....I am lucky I got ITA after only one IELTS test). Also try learn French.

If the PNP/CEC draw patterns persist, you may get ITA after 2 to 3 draws. The cutoff being lower than 444 in the coming week draw is slim.
