How long should the money be in the bank account ?

I have two accounts, saving and salary. salary is fine however saving account is a joint account with my dad. he withdrew 20k USD without telling me, and now the saving bank account is not sufficient. so I wanted to know what can I do?
timeline of saving account on bank statement I got today:
1-from 1/1/2020 to 8/6/2020 has 32k USD
2-from8/6/2020 to 15/07/2020 has 22k USD
3-from 15/07/2020 to 24/10/2020 has 32k USD
4- from 24/10/2020 until now has 12k USD
I have been told that money should be in the account for at least 3 months to not raise suspicion.

put the money back in if you can just the entire 20k CAD and make sure you attach the statements that show the money being taken out as well it wont raise suspicion because you did not just get 20 K out of nowhere the point is the accounts should be active

are you sure the VO be suspicious that I added 20k USD just before getting a bank statement?
i can show he bank account has been active for couple of years, and had 32k in it for long time.
