When can i apply PR

I have work permit as cook from November 2020 and I would like to know when I can apply PR
I have graduation with iltes scores of 6.5 overall
I have more than 15years valid experience as a cook
I am married have two kids and my wife also graduate
I would like to whether I need to do WES or ICAS ?

You can apply once you have your degrees assessed. Don’t know your education so WES is the fastest. As for experience you can apply under EE-FSW not CEC because you don’t have a year of Canadian work experience. What are your language scores. For FSW you want a CRS score of 468+.

So if you have ECAs and language tests, you can submit a profile. You may be eligible for FSW but Canadian Experience stream. Your score needs to be about 468+. This means you need a masters or two or more degrees.

Do you have an ECA completed to say it is a three year diploma. If not get the ECA done. All on the Canada immigration website - Express Entry.
