Hello,

I have been trying to contact IRCC from outside Canada without success. I have sent a web form their way and I didn't have any reply. I also contacted them through social media but they didn't reply either. Is there any other way I can reach out to them from outside Canada? Does anyone knows why are they not replying to web forms?

They are replying to web forms but it can take time for them to respond due to the volume of requests they are receiving.
