Has anyone noticed an issue/a bug in the most recent version (Oct 2020) of form CIT0002 (used for the application of citizenship)?
Basically the bug is in the item # 11 of the form. If you try to include up to 7 activities (jobs, courses, unemployment etc) there is no problem, that is, the bug doesn't come up. But if you try to include more than 7 activities, it bugs.... The form simply doesn't allow you to include more than 7 activities.
Has anyone seen that?
Tks, Gustavo.

I don't exactly understand what you mean by 7 activities. You mean if you type 7 different activity, you face an issue in the form? Like an error message or something? I've not tried it yet, I will tho. However, an issue I had with Q.11 in the new form was that we can add only 15 rows in this section and mine was 18 rows in the old form.

Hi, tks for the comment. The issue I faced is: let's say you had 8 jobs in the 5-year-period. When you try to enter all the arrows for that in the Q.11 in this new for (version Oct 2020), the file doesn't allow you to enter all the 8 jobs. It lets you enter the 7 jobs, and it doesn't allow you to enter the 8th job.
Note: each job in this new version represents 2 rows each. So the issue happened to me when there are over 14 rows.

Since u mentioned that the issue happened to u when there are over 14 rows, I believe it’s not about the jobs. It’s about the number of rows. So, as I mentioned before, if u have more than 15 rows, you will have my issue. Not more than 15 rows is allowed.

Exactly, so we can notice there is a problem in the file when we try to add more than 15 rows. No more than 15 rows is allowed.

Hi, just to inform one thing: Now I correctly understood what you meant by 15 rows. By 15 rows you mean 15 different activities, OK, got it.
That being said, actually the issue I was having is that I couldn't add more than 7 (SEVEN) ROWS.
But this issue happens with the French version (CIT0002F, version oct 2020), which is the one I was using so far.
For my case I needed 9 rows.
So yesterday, when I realized that the English version is ok (at least for me), finally I gave up on the French file and used the English version.
Conclusion: I think the English version (max 15 rows) of this last version of the form (version oct 2020) should be ok for most of people. And the French version (max 7 rows) is NOT ok. Having max 7 rows is absolutely an issue that they need to fix!
In your case (that need more than 15 rows) I would recommend you to add the additional rows manually (in a separate sheet) and call them at the 1-888-242-2100 to inform the issue/confirm if what you are doing is correct.
Tks once more for the comment and I wish you good luck in the process .

I think there is another bug in the same form where eligibility period isn’t coming with same dates as in physical presence calculator. Not sure if It’s actually an issue or no
