My wife had her medical test done in march 2020, daughter had her medical exam in November 2020.
Both have their medicals passed and biometric done for wife...
last email was received in December that file is moved to CPC Ottawa....
Wondering when can we expect the PPR request...

Is it showing application received from starting or it was in process first

Because my husband’s ecas status changed to received again from in process
You can expect something soon as files in ottawa are getting processed really faster than anywhere else
It was in process at the start. Changed to application received in April. N since then its the same.
My husband’s file was also received in feb and his status changed to received like 10 days when his file was transferred to Beijing after his medical and biometrics
Not sure, what there process is
i applied through agent. So I deos not have access to gc key, but status changed in ecas 1 month after he passed his medical

Not sure, mine is transferred to Beijing
I guess, if your status is changed in ecas, that means hk has already received your file
