Pls note, I haven’t been called for hearing yet Since 2017.

I heard from unconfirmed source that of you are not called for hearing in 3 years,you are automatically qualified for permanent residence.
Talk to a good Lawyer about this if it is true.
As for people with pending refugee claim,I know few people who have got their AIP already.

Yes you can call to update them of your current status.I got a positive decision from RAD few days ago , and I also got a mail from the pathway saying they recieved my application. I don't know if I should call and let them know that I am now a conventional refugee or not . Please I need ideas , thanks .

This confirms that your application has been received by ircc. I guess it is AOR cos I couldn't find such abbreviation. And yes through an attachment in email
