Did you get your medical done before AOR?

Hello everyone,
After having digged internet this whole abbreviations (AOR, DM etc.) started to make sense. I just wanted to make sure if I have AOR. I received an email reading as following: "This confirms that your application for permanent residence in Canada has been received by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) on 2020/07/10." This is my AOR right?

yes.

I wonder if there is anything I can do to reduce processing time? Can I, for instance, take the medical exam beforehand, before they ask?

Yes you can always go for Upfront medical.

Oh thank you. Now i checked it seems that they don't require medical exam from the applicants who come from Turkey? Can it be right?

Can you share where it is written that the applicants from Turkey do not require the medical exams? If that is posted in Canada.ca, that should be considered official. Else, I think everyone has the same rules to follow who are applying for PR. Thanks!
