Hello everyone, I applied for a study permit since late October, did my biometrics 2weeks after and I got a mail from ircc on December 1st that I may be eligible for NSE and to submit mybankstatement certificate and IELTS. I immediately registered for a computer delivered IELTS test for 20th so that I can get my result within 3-5days after exams. I couldn’t get my TRF before the deadline cause of the public holidays but I submitted the provisional result and TRF number with the visa-mybankstatement certificate. I read that the NSE takes within 20days to get a decision and it’s more than 25th days and I haven’t heard a word. Please, does anyone have an idea what could be wrong?

I also applied for a study permit on November 23rd. Got nse letter on the 15th for only bank statements and submitted my documents on the 16th. Still waiting a response
I sent them a request email through my agent to see if they got my documents and they did.
