SDS - Sept and Oct applicants - Update

I got Medical update on 14th Jan
But file status not changed.
Application : 22nd Sept 2020
Biometrics : 12th Nov 2020
Which country you applied from? And did you raise any web forms or contact IRCC in any way to get your medical updated?
Hi guys, my case is as below:
Application Date: 5th Oct for Jan 2021 intake
Category: SDS from Vietnam
Biometrics date: 8th Oct
Medical upfront on Sep
Background was processing
Eligibility was not started
No any webform raised
College on covid readiness plan list from 20th Nov
-----
First ghost update on 5th Jan 2021:
- Passed medical exam
- Eligibility was now reviewing
----
19th Jan
- Received AIP letter through e-mail inbox
----
Second ghost update on 20th Jan 2021
- Status: Application/ profile updated
Application Date: 5th Oct for Jan 2021 intake

Yeah I raised 3 web forms. 2 General study permit once for Medical not updated and delay in decision. Raised in 1st and 2nd week of Dec 2020
And the last one under Technical Difficulties in Jan 1st week.
Got reply to 1st two web forms after I got reply for the 3rd web form and then the medical got updated.
No other update on file after that, not even the application status have been changed to we are reviewing your eligibility.

i got very similar timeline: file lodge 5oct, biometrics updated 21dec, medical passed 7jan, and aip yesterday. Sds vietnam with complete applications and ghost update today. No idea what next to wait for.
