My question is, I am also a CEC applicant and my eligibility is passed already. Of course, the CEC application will be processed much faster than PNP paper. Should I withdraw my paper application or it will be cancelled automatically once I get an approval from CEC?

Keep those two running simultaneously, when one has DM/COPR, cancel other one to get some refund (RFRF).
No need to withdraw. Which one will he fast will be processed and other one will be automatically canceled. Don’t withdraw your any application. If your CEC is approved, PNP will be automatically canceled and you will get refunded is possible.

How long processing time was showing in ur processing bar when you have receive AOR?
wow, that's alot. When i received my AOR , it was 30% shown on a processing bar
