Could you please check the list of forms I need to fill up for my parents for the online application?
I found 3 forms below:

1. Document Checklist [IMM 5484] (PDF, 319.47 KB)
2. Application for Temporary Resident Visa [IMM 5257] (PDF, 556.66 KB)
3. Family Information Form [IMM 5707]

Are there any other forms I need to fill up?

I live in 2 BDR apartment. Do I have to provide my apartment lease papers with my other documents below:
1. Passport Photocopy
2. Birth Certificate
3. Copy of my PR Card
4. Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR)
5. Bank statements for 4 months
6. Invitation Letter
7. Quarantine Plan (Place to stay for 14 days)

For the Mandatory 14-day quarantine or isolation, should I mention Airbnb in my invitation letter? if so, do I need to add the screenshot of the Airbnb reservation with the list mentioned above or since I have 2 bedrooms, it will be ok?

I would include your plans to book and airbnb to show that you are aware of the quarantine rules and have researched options.The actual airbnb is not important.

Please share your experience.

The parents will need to show the can support their travels and they have the ability to quarantine in a basement or pay for a hotel or airbnb. They need to show their travel is essential which is the obstacle for most.

Hello Everyone,
My wife is pregnent and is thinking to apply for visitor visa for her parents and brother who is 17 years right now.
Check the processing time , it says 250 days
Is there any way to apply for urgent application
And also do they have to show their financial documents or we can just show our bank statement to support them.

Any one in this situation or any help would be much appreciated

For a TRV they have go show that they can support their travels. You can include your financial documents in addition to theirs. You will need to address the brother missing school since if school is in session. Their quarantine plans would also be a good thing to include since pregnant are a higher risk of severe covid and pregnant women have regular contact with the healthcare system. Infants are also vulnerable and have pretty regular contact with the heakth system. It is bery important that they quarantine away from your family for 14 days in either a separaye area of yoyr home like a basement or a hotel/airbnb

Not needed. It sounds like your parents will need to book and airbnb or hotel so tou can nention that plan in toyr application.

Hey guys, Has anyone in a similar boat like me:

I applied my TRV visa when I was in Canada on Dec 19, 2020. Since then no update as expected, since they are at least taking a month to look at the application. My current application status is "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility". Meaning, they haven't looked at my application at all.

But, unfortunately, I've to make a travel to India because of mother sickness on Dec 24, 2020. Now, the question is that whether my current TRV application is still valid or need a separate application to be filed in India? I called IRCC couple of weeks back and they said, they may consider the old application since it was filed when I was in Canada but not 100% guaranteed.

I'm now kind of stuck in India so my employer sent out a letter to me stating that my in-person presence is crucial to be functional at the company work, please submit it to the IRCC. Therefore, I did submit a webform on Jan 4 but it appears that webform for the TRV visa application is not being looked at before a month of raising it as I haven't received any response of my webform in spite of waiting for 15 days.

What shall I do in this situation, How can expedite my old application? Please suggest.

You can try contacting your MP. It does sound like more travel restrictions may be coming soon so I would try to return as soon as possible.
