Decision made on ecas but nothing on GC key

AOR: 24 feb 2020
Pre arrival letter : 19 aug 2020
Upfront medical: 20 nov 2020
Medical updated in ecas and gc key: 24 dec 2020

today i check in ecas and its showing DECISION MADE.before it was in process. Still not showing anything in gc key . Whay will happen next. Please help.... how long for PPR? What should i do to process faster?

After decision made, How much time it took to get final resut. Because mine shows same Thanks :)
