From experience, the progress bar disappears after your application has passed normal time .....so I will advice you call them often at least once every week to know the development in your account,mine disappeared in January 2020, it took so long (October2020)before they started work on my account due to COVID-19.....make sure u call them to let them u want to know the progress so they can take you serious...and the moment they open your account back,it takes a month to get the PPRSo the PROGRESS BAR has disappeared from my account. Even the preceding note of "Your application is taking us too long to process" is also gone.
Who else noticed?
It's like everything has come to a standstill. This is getting more confusing by the day.
