It is normal, I have read many cases that only one member of the family got the test invitation email.Hello folks,
Wanted to check if any of you have seen a similar situation. We are Sept 2019 applicants living in Mississauga. Last week, on 11th January, we received invite for Citizenship test. However, the invite is for my family and not for me. I am the principle applicant. There was no ask of any documentation earlier. Basically it was smooth sailing from the beginning. I have since sent a couple of webform requests asking for my invite or clarification on this matter. It has been a week without response. Test deadline is coming in another week to ten days time. Not sure how else to handle the situation. Has anyone experienced this kind of situation? Thanks
But this is completely impractical and unproductive? A family is an entity that appears together for everything including oath taking that comes right after testing. What's the point in one person taking the test several months after the other family members, while everyone has to wait for oath ceremony after the last person has taken the test... Come on IRCC, you can do better than that . Anyway, thanks for letting me know, i am not the only oneIt is normal, I have read many cases that only one member of the family got the test invitation email.
We submitted sept last year. got cards in nov last week. good luck!Another question guys - Has anyone recently applied for PR card renewal (from inside Canada) that is about to expire. I have checked the online process, however, not sure how long is it taking these days if one has to plan a travel? Thanks
I filed at end of December (September 2021 expiration) and have heard nothing; even my online check shows zilch. Here's to it happening soon *crosses fingers*Another question guys - Has anyone recently applied for PR card renewal (from inside Canada) that is about to expire.
