Adding spouse to existing PNP PR Application

I am a oinp master graduate stream candidate..applied paper based pr in july 2019
Added spouse in march 2020
His name appeared in GC KEY nov 2020
No updates afterward
Eligibility and criminality passed for both of us
Security and medical not started.
Also applied for owp for spouse in august 2020 which is still in process..my pgwp is expiring in june 2020

gcms didn't gave me information about spouse eligibility medical criminality.

my wife is waiting for medical request.
Could you please tell me from where to get Eligibility and criminality information for spouse?
And what additional documents they requested you after addition of spouse on file?

I didn’t received additional document request yet. I called ircc to get the status of my spouse’s application..i am still waiting for medical..my spouse provided his biometric for sowp application which also got updated in my gc key..how long did they took to send you gcms notes?

gcms notes take about 30 days.
i called ircc and they always give a vague response that file is processing and did not gave me any details on spouse status.

i already submitted these documents -

• A new Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008) with supporting documents,
• (If applicable) A Schedule A - Background/Declaration (IMM 5669) form,
• (If applicable) An Additional Dependants/Declaration (IMM 0008DEP) form,
• (If applicable) A signed Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) form,
• A copy of the birth certificate, marriage certificate or proof of common-law relationship,
• A copy of the family member's valid passport,
• Police certificates for all countries where the family member over the age of 18 has lived for more than 6 months since turning 18,
• A letter of explanation, and
• If applicable, the proof of payment.

No he is outland..some agents do provide information..some don’t..i have also submitted all these documents

many of my friends who applied in july august 2019 all got their PR recently. but all of them were single applicant

I think we can also apply for the 18 month pgwp newly announced by government...did you apply for the sowp?? And where did you study? I did my masters from university of windsor

yes, but i heard that if the spouse is inland then its bit faster. rest we never know until we get the golden email. One of my known got PR last week and have same spouse case. they got in 18 months only

When did he/she added spouse into the application??may they added during earlier stages of process..

yes they added in very beginning. they got medical Request together and their profile went really smoothly
